Started over 15 years ago doing it for my parents and friends. My parents are elderly and didn't understand a lot of letters and mail that they were getting and needed my help with it. My friends don't like computers and I had to do all their computers needs. Once I started helping more people brought their needs to me for help. It's a pleasure to see the smiles and relief of people that couldn't get their needs met until they came for help.
